In a move to reinforce its worldwide leadership in highway infrastructure operation and maintenance, Egis announces the acquisition of a majority shareholding in the Mexican company Operación y Conservación de Autopistas Concesionadas (OCACSA), specialising in the operation of road infrastructure equipped with tolling systems.
